2nd Saturday (for the month ahead), March 2025: The times ahead may be challenging, let's be resilient!

Hello, friends! Today marked our very first Second Saturday reading, and I couldn't be more excited to share the insights I gathered from the cards. As I prepared our space with my trusty tools—Palo Santo for the best of life and a hefty sage bundle for all the rest—I felt a sense of anticipation for what the month ahead might hold.

I set a timer for two and a half minutes, allowing us to soak in the energy of the cards I felt drawn to. As I gazed at each, I was struck by their powerful symbolism. These cards evoked thoughts of grief and loss, reminding me of the challenges we face in life. It’s a reminder that while we may experience disappointments, we have the strength to move forward despite them.

I reflected on how one card could represent a feeling of being split in two, yet it can speak to the journey of becoming whole again. It’s a call to consider who we want to be on the other side of our challenges. It encouraged us to meet these challenges head-on, thinking about the strength we can cultivate through our experiences.

As I continued to explore the cards' messages, I felt a strong sense of empowerment. This month, I believe we should focus on finding our power and strength. We’ve each been through so much, and we know how to rise above our difficulties. We have all the fuel we need to make things happen!

Let’s take a moment to acknowledge the wisdom we’ve gained over the years. Each challenge we’ve faced has taught us something valuable, helping us to see ourselves more clearly. The cards encouraged us to sprout new growth from this knowledge, to be confident in our abilities, and to trust that we’ve navigated similar waters before.

As the timer chimed, signaling the end of our reflection, I felt a wave of hope wash over me. I hope you all enjoyed this little preview of what the next month has in store. To wrap things up, I reminded myself that while sage is for the rest, Palo Santo is for the best. Let’s carry this energy into the month ahead, embracing both the challenges and the opportunities that await us.

Until next time, let’s keep our spirits high and our hearts open!

Okay, today is our first second Saturday reading, and our focus during the second Saturday is a little something for the month ahead. So we've got our cards in front of us, and we've got my favorite little tools for preparing our space. I like to say this here is a little bit of Palo Santo. For the best of life. I usually say, for life's the best. Mmm, that smells good. And then I like to say this here is a nice, big, old fat sage bundle. And this one is for all the rest. Okay, start a little timer off. Let us know when we've hit about two and a half minutes of looking at a card here. This here is for the month. The month. I actually think I like this right here. I feel good about it. So let's take a second see this card.

Typically, when I see this card, I think about grief, I think about loss. I think about settling with life's disappointments. I think about moving through life in spite of what's lost, in spite of challenges. You might could say this card resembles somebody kind of being split in two, but I don't know, maybe it's more about becoming whole again. If I saw this during a reading for the month, I'd probably say, well, looks like we have some challenges. We have to think about who we want to become on the other side of those challenges. Oh, yeah. I think in this position, this card definitely also represents finding our power, finding our strength. Let's meet our challenges this month by thinking about who we want to become on the other side.

Let's meet our challenges as a community this month, knowing that we've been through much and we know how to come out on top. We know how to come out okay. In spite of the challenges we face, we are capable. We've got all the fuel in our belly. We need to make things happen. Mm. Yeah. Let's focus on the knowing we've gained over the years, the things we've been able to figure out, the way we've come to see ourselves. Let's sprout new growth from that knowing. Ooh, let's be confident. Yeah, I see this, and I really think let's be confident in the month ahead, knowing that we've probably already seen this before. Two and a half minutes flies by fast. The light's going off on the alarm to let me know silently it's time to move on.

I hope you've enjoyed this little bit of preview for what the next. The next month. The next moon has to hold. And if you're really excited about it, and wondering what the cards say for you. There should be a link in this video's description for you to go ahead and schedule, just like the rest. Speaking of the rest, I like to finish it up, remembering that Sage is for the rest. Oh, look at that. Palo Santo. Oh, Palo Santos. For the best. Oh, next time.
